The NYC DOT Street Ambassadors were out in Staten Island over the past two days, talking to residents about the possible borough-wide dockless bike share project. On Sunday, the Ambassadors were at the New Dorp Weekend Walks Family Fun Day. On Monday evening, the Ambassadors were at the Eltingville Transit Center, talking to commuters. The Ambassadors were providing resources out to residents on how they could give feedback on the project, as well as bike resources. The project is expected to launch Summer 2019.
The Ambassadors will continue to be on Staten Island throughout the summer, so look for them in at popular destinations!
