A recent Quinnipiac University Poll revealed that 72% of New Yorkers support bike share. With a 3-1 margin, the poll shows the broad support bike share has already earned here in NYC.
The poll found that bike share is supported broadly across all age levels. All five boroughs are in favor of bike share, with an over 4-1 ratio in both the Bronx and Manhattan. The poll also found broad support, at 58 to 37 percent, for bike lanes in New York.
