Join NYC DOT, NYC Bike Share, Citi Bike and our co-sponsors to help plan the system in Manhattan CB 11 (Harlem)! The workshop will be held at Johnson Community Center, 1833 Lexington Ave between 112th St & 115th St, Manhattan. Sessions will begin at 6pm and 7pm.
