Join NYC DOT, NYC Bike Share, Citi Bike and our co-sponsors to help plan the system in Manhattan CB 10 (Harlem)! The workshop will be held at Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building, 163 W 125th St., 2nd Floor Art Gallery (between Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd & Lenox Ave). Sessions will begin at 6pm and 7pm.
